Business Development Manager
Kari Abbott
Kari is our Business Development Manager. She grew up in Edmonds, Washington but has called Oregon her home for 30-some years. Kari enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her time away from work she enjoys ski racing, playing golf, indoor soccer, building furniture, and making jewelry. Kari has been in the construction industry for 28 years and loves it!

Commercial Project Manager
Pat Henry
A transplant from Michigan, Pat now resides with his wife of 23 years in SW Washington. Pat is a seasoned Commercial Project Manager. They have one adorable pooch, Autumn. Pat and his wife are always on the go, whether working their property or roaming through the trails on the mountain.

Commercial Superintendent
Rory Burke
One of our many employees native to Portland, Rory now resides with his better half of 14 years in SW Washington. Together, they have 3 furbabies: 2 dogs and 1 cat. When asked what he does outside of work: “Ride the lawnmower or my motorcycle.” His talents don’t end as a commercial superintendent, Rory is also a seasoned beekeeper!

Construction Estimator
Kevin Hansen
Kevin is one of our fantastic Construction Estimators. He was born and raised in Oregon and with his respect for the outdoors, from the ocean to the mountain tops, he believes it’s a privilege.
He enjoys spending time with his best friend/wife of 32 years along with his two daughters and five grandchildren! He enjoys the water so much that they live on a floating home and is always ready for a boat full of grandkids yelling for PaPa to “Hit It”. If he’s not on the water, his pastimes include golf and any type of fishing or camping.
Kevin’s love for construction spans back three generations with his Grandfather bringing the family skills from Denmark.
He believes our customer’s expectations should always be “Exceeded, rather than met”

Administrative/Office Manager
Tasha Shultz
Tasha is our new Administrative Assistant/Office Manager!
She was born and raised in Oregon and grew up in the countryside just outside of Oregon City. She has lived the last 10-15 years in SE Portland and resides with her Australian Shepherd who she loves more than just about anything. She spends her time trying to make sure her fur baby is getting the best and happiest life she can possibly give him. She enjoys paddle boarding on any of the many lakes accessible to us in this area and doing anything in the water when the weather is warm.
- Favorite Sport: Football – Go Niners!
- Least Favorite Food: Liver and onions.
- Favorite Pastime: Playing with my dog outside, reading a good book.
- Dream Vacation: Diving The Great Barrier Reef and touring Australia.
